Are you a freelancer who needs a space to work from or have a meeting in a professional setting, but you don’t need the overhead of your own office space or even a monthly membership to a co-working space? Our daily rates for freelancers could be a good option.

  • Access Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm by booking

  • tables & seating for up maximum of 8 people per day

  • complimentary wifi

  • kitchenette & washroom

  • Meetings are permitted but day & time must be approved by venue to manage number of people in the space at one time.

  • Freelancer Workspace booking requests may be cancelled by Leeftail Loft up to 24 hours prior to booking at no cost to Freelancer or Leeftail.

Remote Team Office

Are you a team that works remotely but need to meet in person regularly? Our remote office package provides exclusive access to the space for 8 hours for a team.

Offering multiple layout options, this space is perfect for teams looking to have a full day of meetings, while keeping everything under one roof.

  • Rentals Available M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm. Weekends available upon request.

  • 3 dedicated desk spaces available in private office

  • communal seating for up 15

Our hard loft space offers natural vibes to any event. We’ve hosted panels, pop-up shops, sample sales, concerts, photoshoots, private dinners & more.

Rental includes exclusive access to the space for a 24 hour period.
